This learning hub provides council staff with access to a wide range of resources on Professional Knowledge—the insights and expertise of practitioners. It brings together tools, examples, and training materials to help staff understand how to recognise, share, and apply professional knowledge as a form of evidence in their work.

This learning hub supports council staff in exploring and using Impact Measurement Data—evidence from evaluations, monitoring, and performance data. It includes a variety of resources and training from different providers to help staff assess what’s working and apply findings to improve services and inform decisions.

This learning hub introduces council staff to Academic Research as a source of evidence. It brings together guidance, tools, and learning materials to help staff access, interpret, and apply research findings in policy development, service design, and evaluation.

This learning hub helps council staff understand and use Population Data, including demographic trends and community needs. It provides access to data sources, tools, and training to support evidence-informed planning and service delivery.

This learning hub focuses on Organisational Data, such as service performance, workforce capacity, and resource use. It offers a collection of resources and training to help council staff use internal data to improve efficiency, inform planning, and strengthen service delivery.

This learning hub supports council staff in understanding and applying Lived Experience—the voices and perspectives of residents and service users. It includes tools, case studies, and training to help staff embed lived experience as a key form of evidence in decision-making and service design.
