    Course Aim – A reflective practice session to consider a recent coroner’s court hearing and how the lessons learnt from this experience can influence future practice.


    Objectives:

    •  By the end of the session managers, supervisors, Team Managers and Principal Social Workers will have considered the following:
    • Timeline of events relating to a specific case that was subject to a coroner’s court hearing, involving care and support and Radis Community Care provider
    • Consider the lessons learnt by each organisation
    • Practitioner reflection
    • How the lessons learned can influence future practice.
