I'm a new starter; how do I get access?
If you are a member of staff paid through Rhondda Cynon Taf payroll, you will have an account automatically set up for you. This usually takes about a week, but it can take up to a fortnight to register.
If you are external, working for us on behalf of a partner organisation, or agency staff, you will need a profile created by the RCT Source team. You or your manager will need to download a new user form HERE, please complete this and send to thesource@rctcbc.gov.uk.
On both occasions, when the RCT Source learning account is set-up, you will receive a welcome email with your login details.
