My progress on a course isn't showing accurately - how do I get this corrected?
If your progress isn't showing as it should be, you can go back into the module itself and check the course progress bar. You can locate the bar at the top of the learning and a breakdown of units on the right hand side. If a piece of the bar is missing or showing as white, the learning will not mark as complete, which is preventing you from moving on within the learning or from showing the course as completed.
Sometimes the system may need additional time to update, however if you are still showing as incomplete following a 24 hour period, please contact the support desk at Learning Pool for help on 0345 074 4114.
