Uncertainty and austerity are driving local government into a future that becomes increasingly difficult to anticipate. The trial of delivering  or providing statutory and affordable services whilst coping with disruptive change, along with rising expectations of public services and rapid developments in technology all   pose  significant challenges  for delivery of our vision and corporate plan.
