If you're responsible for reviewing, updating, or creating a policy, please refer to the attached guide before submitting documents for publication.

The guide will help you:

Understand the policy review process.
Check that all required approvals are in place.
Confirm that Welsh translation requirements have been completed.
Prepare the correct documents for submission.
Follow the steps needed to publish a policy.

Using the checklist before submission will help reduce delays and ensure policies can be published as quickly as possible.
