Learning Outcomes
By the end of the two days, participants will be able to:
- Articulate the purpose and value of reflective supervision in statutory social work
- Apply the formative, normative, and restorative functions of supervision intentionally
- Use collaborative communication skills in supervision conversations
- Facilitate reflective individual supervision that supports analysis and ethical decision-making
- Design and facilitate effective group supervision sessions
- Manage risk, accountability, and performance without shutting down reflective thinking
- Respond constructively to resistance, anxiety, and emotional impact in supervision
