    By the end of the two days, participants will be able to:

    1. Articulate the purpose and value of reflective supervision in statutory social work
    2. Apply the formative, normative, and restorative functions of supervision intentionally
    3. Use collaborative communication skills in supervision conversations
    4. Facilitate reflective individual supervision that supports analysis and ethical decision-making
    5. Design and facilitate effective group supervision sessions
    6. Manage risk, accountability, and performance without shutting down reflective thinking
    7. Respond constructively to resistance, anxiety, and emotional impact in supervision
