Aims
The aim of this 2 hour working coffee and cake meeting is to refresh &review Managers Knowledge of the strategy and the Teepa Snow Module in relaxed and safe space
Objectives are:
- Invite Positive, Honest, Informative Feedback about the training ANY suggestions for further itemised subjects
- To Discuss with each manager, how many staff they have left within each site to train and are booked onto courses (Kindly request that all managers bring their outstanding figures with them.
- Discuss What Positive effects has learning development of the positive approach to care had on their individual working environments and why. Can they offer examples?
- Discuss what if any are the barriers they found to implementing the module, if they have come across any how did they resolve them are they willing to share with the group.
- Discuss the implementation of onsite site champion at each site and how they want to progress this element of the strategy
