    Erbyn diwedd y cwrs bydd y cyfranogwyr yn:

     

    •                 Deall sut mae Deddf Galluedd Meddyliol yn gweithredu mewn perthynas â materion bywyd preifat a theuluol (Erthygl 8)

    •                 Asesu galluedd meddyliol yn fwy hyderus i wneud penderfyniadau yn ymwneud â pherthnasoedd rhywiol, cyswllt, a'r defnydd o'r cyfryngau cymdeithasol a'r rhyngrwyd

    •                 Ystyried cyfraith achosion sy'n ymwneud â'r penderfyniadau yma

    •                 Nodi sut i ymateb yn briodol pan gadarnheir nad oes gan berson alluedd o ran y meysydd yma

    •                 Defnyddio astudiaethau achos i drin a thrafod ffyrdd ymarferol o ddefnyddio cyfraith achosion

     

     

     

     

     

     

    By the end of the course participants will be able to:

    •        Understand the application of the MCA in relation to issues of private and family life (Art 8)

    •        Increase confidence in assessing mental capacity to decisions around sexual relations, contact, the use of social media and the internet

    •        Consider the case law surrounding these decisions

    •        Identify how to respond appropriately where a lack of capacity in these areas is confirmed

    •        Explore the practical application of case law through case studies
