Nod y Cwrs:
Dyma gyfle dysgu myfyriol sy'n rhoi cyfle i chi drafod ymchwiliad cam 2 a'r achos Llys Gwarchod cysylltiedig. Bydd cyfle hefyd i drafod sut mae modd i'r gwersi a ddysgwyd o'r profiad yma ddylanwadu ar arfer yn y dyfodol.
Deilliannau Dysgu:
Yn ystod y sesiwn, bydd cyfranogwyr yn:
- Trafod sut y gall deinameg gymhleth tynnu sylw oddi ar lesiant yr unigolyn sy'n destun achos Llys
- Myfyrio ar effaith emosiynol Achosion Llys ar aelodau'r teulu
- Egluro rôl goruchwyliaeth gan reolwyr a sicrhau ansawdd
- Trafod sut i ddefnyddio'r dysgu yma i ddylanwadu ar arferion eu carfanau
Aim:
A reflective learning session to consider a stage 2 investigation and the associated Court of Protection case and how the lessons learned from this experience can influence future practice
Learning Outcomes:
During the session, participants will:
- Consider how complex dynamics can shift focus away from the welfare of the individual who is subject to Court proceedings
- Reflect on the emotional impact of Court Proceedings on family members
- Clarify the role of management oversight and quality assurance
- Consider how to use this learning to influence practice in their teams
