If you are trying to access RCT Source via "Single Sign
On", but it is stating you do not have an account with Moodle, there could
be a few scenarios as to why this is happening.
1. The system is recognising you have an RCTCBC email
address, but a profile is not yet active, if you are a new starter, please note
it can take up to 2 weeks before an RCT Source profile is
created.
2. You have an account on RCT Source but it is under a
different email address, we receive our information for profile creations
directly through iTrent, when you started, if you were not given an RCTCBC
email address straight away, you may be set up with your personal email
address, if you think this maybe the issue, you can contact thesource@rctcbc.gov.uk to have
your email address changed.
3. You have had a name change and the system does not
recognise the new name, due to it still being registered to the previous name
not being updated, if this is the case and you have had a name change, you will
need to let the team know to amend this by contacting The Source email directly
at thesource@rctcbc.gov.uk
4. You are trying to access single sign on and you do not
have the correct credentials, single sign on is only available to those who are
a corporate staff member, you need to obtain an up-to-date RCTCBC email address
and access the site via a council issued device.
