If you are an RCTCBC employee and have a personal
RCTCBC.gov.uk email address, you can sign in automatically using single
sign-on. You can do this by clicking on the "Login" at the top right
of the homepage. This will bring up the login box, where you will need
to select the top option box: 'If you have a personal RCT Council email
address and Council issued laptop'. You will then be automatically logged in,
as long as you are using your Council issued laptop and are connected to the
VPN.
If you are not an RCTCBC employee or do not have a Council
email address, you can request a password reset using your registered email
address - You can do this by clicking on the "Login" at the top right
of the homepage. This will bring up the login box, please select the
"Forgotten your username or password?" option. You will need the
email we have registered with the RCT Source account to get a link sent to you
to reset your password. This will be your personal email that you have provided
the Council/HR to use.
If you are unable to use the password reset function, please
contact 0345 074 4114, this is the Learning Pool helpdesk, and
they will be able to assist. This is a 24/7 service.
