    We’re proud to introduce Make a Change RCT — our new digital platform designed to put our communities at the heart of local decision-making.

    This platform is part of our wider commitment through the HDRC to build a more inclusive, evidence-informed Council — one where staff, residents and partners work together to tackle the root causes of inequality and improve life chances for all.
