• Aims & Objectives

    AIMS:

    This induction training will cover the key practical expectations of the employee's role in children's residential care including incident management and reporting, risk assessment, medication recording, daily files, personal plans and effective communication with children.


    OBJECTIVES:

    Following this training staff will be equipped with the practical skills and knowledge necessary to maintain high standards of care for children, in compliance with the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (RISCA).
