Who is this course for?
Supervisors of front-line carers providing domiciliary care.
Course Aims:
• To support supervisors in developing insight into their skills and knowledge to effectively undertake their role.
• To enable supervisors to make decisions, give advice and develop staff they support to ensure care standards are met.
