- Provide information on current levels of Welsh language in RCT
- Outline the legislative and policy framework regarding the Welsh language (light touch on this)
- Outline Welsh Language Standards and the implications to RCT (correspondence, documents, phone, reception, websites, meetings)
- Outline the More than just words Strategic Framework and discuss the Active Offer and what that means in practice (WCCIS, meetings, day-to-day work with Welsh speaking service users)
