To help you use the supervision and appraisal process to effectively manage, support & develop staff .
Course Objectives:
- Be able to support others to understand the purpose of supervision and appraisal and their role within it.
- Be able to facilitate preparation for supervision sessions and appraisal reviews.
- Be able to support the individual to participate in supervision sessions and appraisal reviews.
