response to the recent staff survey, Occupational Health and Well-being have
developed a self-referral process for musculoskeletal problems. For assessment,
treatment and advice please follow the Self Referral link and take time to complete the questions carefully.
All of the information you provide is kept securely and will only be shared with your permission when necessary. When submitted, somebody from the Occupational Health Unit will be in touch to discuss the best course of action with you.
