Induction

In the following areas, you will find all the information you need to enable the induction process to take place. The content will help the new employee (regardless of their role) and the employing manager achieve maximum performance and efficiency.

These four areas will help the new employee; the new and transitioning manager and their line manager (aka the employing manager) prepare for the induction process, learn more about their role, increase their understanding of the organisation and be familiar with how they contribute to performance and achievement of organisational priorities and objectives.
