Will ill health retirement benefits or redundancy payments be affected by a flexible retirement arrangement?
A reduction in hours or grade before normal pensionable retirement age may affect both ill health benefits or redundancy and compensatory payments. You should contact Human Resources for a discussion on these matters before accepting the flexible retirement option.
