SICKNESS ABSENCE

Would physiotherapy only be arranged if it was affecting an employees' ability to attend work?

If the employees condition has an impact on their performance/attendance at work, the manager could refer them to Occupational Health.  A clinical assessment would then take place to determine if physiotherapy would benefit.  If so, a treatment plan would be determined.
