Back pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal
conditions and something most of us will experience at some point in our lives. There are many causes of back pain and it isn't always obvious as to what is the cause is. In most cases back pain is not a sign of a serious medical
condition and is likely to disappear after a few weeks, but it may last longer or reoccur which ca be difficult to manage alongside daily life.
There are several ways to manage back pain, and most of them we can do ourselves.
This session is designed to increase your knowledge about back pain, and to demonstrate some strategies to effectively manage it in day to day life and at work.
