There are many causes of back pain and it isn't always obvious as to what is the cause is. In most cases back pain is not a sign of a serious medical condition and is likely to disappear after a few weeks, but it may last longer or reoccur which ca be difficult to manage alongside daily life.

This session is designed to increase your knowledge about back pain, and to demonstrate some strategies to effectively manage it in day to day life and at work.

    • Let's talk ... Bookings

Would you like this training to be provided in Welsh? Yes/No

There is a minimum attendance requirement for courses of 6 participants. This applies to all courses regardless of the language preference. Any course with fewer than 6 applicants will be cancelled as it is financially unviable to run it under such circumstances. We would ask that you give us adequate notice if you are unable to attend any course you have booked on (at least 5 days), in order that we can determine whether it can proceed or not.

Should you have any queries, please contact pdt@rctcbc.gov.uk or thesource@rctcbc.gov.uk for further information.
