  • Having good nutrition is part of leading a healthy lifestyle and plays a critical role in health and development. It is vital for: 

    • A healthy immune system 
    • Strong bones and teeth 
    • Managing weight 
    • Reducing risk of diseases such as some cancers, heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes 
    • Improved mood
    • Better sleep 
    • Gut health 
           And much more! 

    There is a lot of information out there about nutrition, and we know it can become overwhelming. Therefore, we have put together an e-Learning module below that you can go through at your own pace, which has relevant information about nutrition in one, easy to read place!

        Healthy Eating Week 2024

        Healthy Eating Week is 10th-14th June and is all about supporting and promoting healthier lifestyles, and this year’s theme is ‘give it a go’.   

        Whether that's trying to have one extra portion of fruit or vegetables a day, being a bit more active, experimenting with a new recipe or using up leftovers- just give it a go!
