Aims:
- To support with the learning required for Unit 490
- To familiarise candidates with different types of discrimination
- To learn about the impact of stereotyping, prejudice, discrimination and hate crime
- For candidates to learn about their role in challenging and reporting the above

- To be able to recognise when stereotyping, prejudice, discrimination or hate crime is happening
- For candidates to know their responsibility in challenging and combatting discriminatory practices
- To be able to promote equality and diversity, in their role as manager
