wrthod Ymddiriedaeth – Rhwystr i Ofal
Bydd yr hyfforddiant hwn yn trafod beth yw gwrthod ymddiriedaeth, sut mae'n dechrau, sut mae'n amlygu a pham mae hi mor bwysig gofalu am rieni maeth er mwyn helpu'r plentyn.
Bydd y sawl sydd yn yr hyfforddiant yn edrych ar drawma cynnar, ymlyniad ansicr, model gweithio mewnol a chanfyddiad o 'unioni' ar gyfer plant sy'n ansicr / drwgdybus.
Bydd y cwrs yn gymorth i nodi'r hyn sy'n sbardun i rieni maeth eu hunain a sut mae mynd ati i'w helpu eu hunain ac eraill i ddymchwel rhwystrau i ofal.
Bydd trafodaeth hefyd ynghylch yr ymyriadau sydd ddim yn gweithio a bod rhaid i'r plentyn symud ymlaen.
Blocked Trust – Blocked Care
This training will consider what is blocked trust, how does it develop, how does it show and why is it so important to care for foster carers in order to help the child?
Participants will be looking at early trauma, insecure attachment, inner working model and perception of correction for insecure/mistrusting children.
The course will support participants to identify foster carers’ own triggers and how to support themselves and others to get out of blocked care.
There will also be exploration around when interventions don’t work and the child has to move on.
