Aims
This workshop will provide participants with
practical approaches to build their coaching skills. It will explore when
coaching is the best approach to use & how to motivate lasting change with
team members. The workshop will include a set of behaviours and a process to
support coaching. Between sessions participants will be encouraged to practice
their new skills, building confidence in their own abilities through reflective
learning.
