ymddangos eu bod nhw'n cydymffurfio.• yn meddu ar dempled y mae modd ei ddefnyddio er mwyn nodi tactegau.

• have explored the behaviours which
constitute resistance and deflection
• have a broader understanding of tactics which are used to deflect workers away from underlying issues whilst appearing to comply
• have a template to use to help identify tactics
• developed and practised skills to confront disguised compliance in others
