ILM Level 3 in Leadership and Management
Our Level 3 offering in Leadership and Management is for existing managers and team leaders who would like to upskill and find new ways to lead effectively. This is assessed solely by written assignments and covers additional aspects to leadership such as coaching in the workplace, decision making and managing change.
A minimum of 2 hours of Tutor Support is given to each learner.
