ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring
The Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring offers more in the way of skill and practice than the Level 3 in Coaching. This qualification is for staff who perhaps have slightly more experience with coaching and as 18 hours of coaching is undertaken in the workplace with the Level 5, the learner will need to commit to finding staff who would like to benefit from coaching sessions as well as complete the written assessments which include theory, practice and reflection.
A minimum of 2 hours of Tutor Support is given to each learner.
